The most widely prescribed drugs for the treatment of a variety dermatoses are Topical corticosteroids (TC). These medications approved inflammatory and pruritic manifestations dermatologic disorders due to their powerful symptom-relieving impact. Clobetasol propionate (CP) is popular (TC) used relieve itching, redness, oedema caused by skin disorders. Anti-inflammatory, anti-pruritic, vasoconstrictive characteristics all present in it. CP works binding cytoplasmic glucocorticoid receptors activating receptor-mediated gene expression, resulting production anti-inflammatory proteins while suppressing mediators. formulation free from known contact allergens, such as propylene glycol, short-chain alcohols, sorbitol-based emulsifiers, has demonstrated hypoallergenic effects. efficacy, safety, clinical experience utilizing 0.025% cream various discussed this case series.
